  • We provide you with a “shortlist” of candidates (typically 2-5).  
  • We schedule interviews for you and can help advise you on interviewing techniques and questions.
  • We help you make an offer that will likely be accepted.  We know our candidates well, and we tightly manage the process – we have near perfect “acceptance” rates upon offer.  We help the winning candidate through their “resignation” and/or moving to Denver process to make sure they arrive on their first day.
  • We follow up, and we help you to retain your new staff member.
